Subscription Terms

Information regarding the scope of services, pricing, and any other special terms applicable to these subscription plans will be provided at the time of subscription.

Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are not refundable. Wolves & Wolves does not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services.

Automatic Renewal

Unless you notify Wolves & Wolves before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that the cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will have continued access to your subscription until the end of the billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for any remaining days in your current billing cycle.

Changes to Subscription Fees

Wolves & Wolves reserves the right to adjust the pricing for its services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes to your subscription will take effect following email notice to you.

No Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly provided in these Terms. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, except as required by applicable law. Wolves & Wolves may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds, discounts, or other consideration to some or all of its members. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to offer credits in the future, under any circumstance.
